We were very excited to be involved with the renovation of this 3 bed penthouse apartment. Set within an historic Grade II listed building in the centre of York, we worked in conjunction with both the Developers and Architects, from concept to completion.

The clients’ brief; was to create a luxurious and relaxing City Centre apartment, for weekend and holiday usage, with a mix of contemporary finishes alongside the classical Georgian architecture.

The challenges were mainly logistical with this project –  It’s city centre location, meant that accessibility for deliveries was limited, and the period nature of the building, threw up unforeseen complexities, during its change of usage.
